Your pet’s profile displays all the necessary information required to bring your pet home quickly and provide medical records in the event your pet should require immediate emergency care.
Can I control who sees my contact information?
With Peeva, you can choose to only display your contact information on your pet’s profile when your pet has been marked as lost. Marking your pet as lost can be handled quickly and simply from your dashboard. You can also send out lost pet alerts (https://peeva.co/lost-pet-alert/) to every pet care provider there is within 50 miles of the location where your pet was last seen.
Can I track my pet's GPS location?
When your pet is scanned by anyone with a smartphone, they can drop a pin to quickly share their current location.
Does the person that scanned your pet need to be in the Peeva network to retrieve your pet’s information?
Nope. They simply need a smart phone.
Can I have multiple pet profiles linked to one account?
No. This creates chaos. Your pet is unique. Every pet has a unique ID and profile page.
Will Peeva work outside of the U.S. and Canada?
Yes, your pet’s unique profile can be accessed from anywhere in the world as long as your pet’s collar is available. Remember, anything that is attached to a collar can fall off or be taken off so a microchip is really the only permanent ID your pet will ever have.
