Dr. Smalls missing
Male Orange Tabby cat – 3 years 8 months old approximately 15 lbs last I saw him on December 20th in Kapa’a but was last seen at the Lihue post office on February 28. Neutered, vaxed & chipped. In Kauai, Hawii.
